Bolus is built to make eating well genuinely easier to keep up, week after week. We are confident enough in that to stand behind it. If, after following the programme for 30 days, healthy eating does not feel easier, you may be eligible for a full refund of your Bolus subscription fee, subject to the conditions below.

The conditions

To be eligible for a full refund under this guarantee, all of the following must apply:

  1. Use the programme for 30 days. You must have used Bolus for a full 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Follow at least 70% of your planned meals. You must have eaten at least 70% of the meals in your Bolus plan during that 30-day period, measured by the meal selections and check-ins recorded in the app.
  3. Request the guarantee within 14 days after day 30. You must email us at [email protected] within 14 days after the end of the 30-day period to request your refund.
  4. One refund per customer. This guarantee may be claimed once per customer.

How to get your refund

Bolus subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the original payment.

To claim under this guarantee:

  1. Email us first. Send your refund request to [email protected] so we can check that you meet the conditions.
  2. Request the refund from Apple. Submit a refund request to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  3. If Apple does not process the refund. If Apple does not refund the subscription fee and you have met the conditions of this guarantee, we will honour the guarantee directly and refund you ourselves.

This guarantee is separate from, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
